  DO NOT spend your money at this restaurant! I have eaten at this restaurant several times and have always had a positive experience and delicious food. However, tonight I ordered pizza and the crust was completely burnt. The owner John was apparently offended and came over and made a scene at my table in front of my two children. All of the other customers were turning around in disbelief. I found out after talking to some of the staff the same thing had happened earlier tonight to another family and the waitress got stuck paying the bill with her own money. The owner obviously should not be in management, customer service or the restaurant business. His behavior and cooking skills are completely unacceptable and I will never eat here again.

  Again, I received a burned pizza, actually two burned pizzas when I got home with my to go order. For me the crust is the best part of the pizza, however the two pizzas I got have charcoal crust - not eatable. The nice bubbles of cheese on top are also burned. In fact, about 3 inches beginning at the crust toward the center of the pizzas are burned. Ziggy's, you get one more chance before I find a new place to get pizza.

  This has gone down hill over the last few months. Current ownership has the kitchen closing every night before 10pm which isn't that out of the ordinary, except for the fact that it's connected to a hockey rink and sports complex. The adult leagues have been supplying significant nightly revenue for the last ~ 8 years, until now.
  
  Looking forward to the next owners.
