  Worse Sonic Ever. First of all, it took 5 minutes to take the order at the speaker. The young lady continued to ask me to repeat myself, because she wasn't listening. *That should have been my signal to leave.* But we kept our order. It was 10-15 before we got our food. And everything we ordered was incorrect. The sandwiches were not made correct. Fries were old(even though we were waiting 15 min). No sauce for the Marinara sticks. And to top it off the young lady had an attitude. Will not be stopping here again.

  A vile place to work. As a former skating carhop, I got paid $5.50 per hour, plus tips. On slow nights where we barely got tips we were scolded by our managers, and even threatened to be fired or hours cut for not making enough tips to cover minimum wage 3 times. The cooks in the back are what you would expect of cooks in fast food. They were nice guys, however they would constantly screw up orders no matter how properly you put them in the system. They were so slow in getting food out, it was instead blamed on us, and. while working in the drive-thru I felt personally ashamed that the line was so long because they could not get food out of the window. The managers (there were about 2-3 per shift) were critical and overbearing. A couple in particular would constantly be yelling and berate my fellow employees. I worked there for 8 months in 2014 as my first job at 15 before being required to skate, which then created an even longer process of getting food out. I earned less tips, with the exception of pity money. A couple of the skating carhops even got hit by cars, and that was the last straw for me. Eventually, the thought of dealing with my managers at work made me physically Ill, even though I was always polite and respectful, I was always disrespected.
  
  The food itself is good, however incredibly overpriced. Once when overturned by corporate by a suspicious investigation-type management switch for two weeks, we started following HQ protocol as far as sanitary napkins. But it turned out that the soda machine had never been cleaned. It took us hours to scrape and sanitize all the syrup that had collected for years. Sonic, get it together.

  I used to go here almost daily as it was close to home and work. I can no longer trust them to even complete a simple order. There is, without fail, something wrong with every single order, no matter how simple and straightforward. I'm not sure what happened in the past few months, but they need to get their act together. I just waited over 30 minutes for my order and it was wrong on three counts. Get it together.

  I eat here once a month. I always look forward to the tots! Service is typically good and service is quick. Rarely is my order incorrect.
