  My Families experience here was ABSOLUETLY HORRIFIC! Our waitress was so Rude. We waited about 40 Minutes to get our food and when we finally did get our food it was FREEZING cold even my three year old nephew wouldn't even touch his food because he said it was cold. We didn't get refills on our drinks and sides in a timely manner, there were several items we asked for and never received but they tried to charge us for these items anyway. Our waitress Amanda was not compassionate toward us at all. This was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. I will not be giving Red Robin's anymore of my money and not to mention the manager was walking around but didn't check on us.

  Our server was Pauleta, she was amazing! Friendly and attentive, EXCELLENT food, and great atmosphere!

  We came really late thinking they closed later the server was amazing the food came out quick hot and service definitely a 5star will definitely come back
